delighted to offer a next day delivery guarantee
to our customers. This
service is provided by Royal Mail and ensures that you
receive your order the
following day. This offer is only applicable to UK
customers including Northern Ireland and requires a
signature on delivery.
How does
it work?
When you have added all
required products to your shopping basket, simply select
"Next Day Delivery" as your delivery option during
the checkout process. We
will then process your order as quickly as possible and
send it out using the Royal Mail Special Delivery service.
This service gives you the extra peace of mind that you will
receive your goods by 1am the
next day.
When is
the service available?
The service
is available at all times to ensure the fastest possible
delivery. Orders placed on a working day before 3pm
will be sent the same day. Orders placed later than
3pm will be sent the next working day. We regret
that the service is not available on public holidays and
at weekends due to the restrictions of Royal Mail.
What
does it cost?
The costs
of the service is automatically calculated depending on
the products you have in your shopping basket. You
can see what the cost will be for a particular basket
towards the bottom of the basket page.
What if
the service fails?
If the
service does not fulfil our guarantee simply notify us,
either by telephone lo-call on 0845 600 8256 (UK local rates) or
email and we will refund
the full cost of the service for you. For further information
